The LG 15EL9500 measures just three millimetres thick and produces "dazzling" images, according to one reviewer.
Writing for T3 magazine, the tester claims the 15-inch set - which could be ideal for TV warranty holders who are looking to save space - also has "blistering resolution" that is "fantastically detailed".
"Wafer thin and sharper than [a] new pencil, this is a statement TV that shows exactly what OLED is capable of," the evaluation remarks.
And for those who want to catch their favourite programmes while washing the dishes or soaking in the tub, the LG 15EL9500 is waterproof due to the innovation of OLED technology.
Motion blur is almost eliminated on this set and the image can be viewed from any angle, unlike other plasma or LCD products, the publication continues.
Consumers looking for a slightly bigger screen however, might prefer to check out the Sony Bravia KDL-40NX803, which received four stars out of five in a recent T3 once-over.
