Prompt and efficient repairs
Your PC will be repaired in your home the day after you phone us (if you call us before 10am). Your laptop or Mac will be picked up and returned by courier, with a three-day turnaround from the day of your call.
No hassle, no bills, no forms
If you need our help, simply call our helpline at any time of the day or night. We will put you in touch with a reliable repairer in your area. In most cases we will settle the costs directly with them so you won't even see a bill
Monitored and approved repairers
Our nationwide network of quality-approved repairers is monitored for quality by a dedicated department. Over 50,000 customer questionnaires are sent out to our customers every year, making sure we maintain the very highest standards for your repair.
Up to £1,000 per year in repairs
You can claim for up to £1,000 a year in repairs, and you can make as many claims as you need
Offer of a replacement
If your appliance can’t be repaired, we’ll offer you a replacement product (up to £1,000)
