If your appliance needs a repair, you can phone our dedicated helpline to arrange a repair at any time of day or night.
Renewable for the lifetime of your appliance
We offer protection for most appliances up to 8 years old costing up to £1,500. Once your appliance is protected, you can normally renew protection on it for its entire lifetime. And if an appliance is replaced you can transfer your protection to the new one, as long as it is under 8 years old and costs less than £1,500.
No hassle, no bills, no forms
If you need our help, simply call our Helpline at any time of the day or night. We will put you in touch with a reliable repairer in your area. In most cases we will settle the costs directly with them so you won't even see a bill.
Monitored and approved repairers
Our nationwide network of quality-approved repairers is monitored for quality by a dedicated department. Over 50,000 customer questionnaires are sent out to our customers every year, making sure we maintain the very highest standards for your repair.
Contribution towards the cost of a replacement
If your appliance can’t be repaired, we’ll give you a contribution to help buy a replacement.
