In case of a Breakdown
- If your central heating system fails or you have a boiler breakdown, call our 24 hour helpline on 08444 810 500* and our friendly customer service advisors will be happy to help. When you call, please have your boiler protection plan agreement number and a pen available.
- If a repair is approved, the advisor will give you a contact number for an authorised boiler engineer in your area and a referral number.
- Call the authorised repairer, quoting your referral number and arrange for them to come to repair your boiler or central heating system. Domestic & General usually take care of any costs (up to £1,500 a year) directly with the repairer, so you won't even see a bill.
