In case of a Breakdown

1. If your central heating system fails or you have a boiler breakdown call our 24 hour helpline on 08705 490 000* and our friendly customer service advisors will be happy to help you. When you call, please have your boiler breakdown cover agreement number and a pen available.
   
   
2. The advisor will give you a contact number for an authorised, approved boiler repairer in your area and a referral number.
   
   
3. Call the authorised repairer, quoting your referral number and arrange for them to come to repair your boiler or central heating system. Domestic & General usually take care of any costs up to £1,500 directly with the repairer, so you won't even see a bill.
