Summary of Protection

You will receive different benefits depending on the level of cover you choose for your boiler and central heating. The levels of cover are:

Silver

Pays for breakdown repairs to your boiler and controls. This includes call-out, parts and labour charges up to £1500 a year.

Silver Plus

Pays for breakdown repairs to your boiler, controls and system (radiators and exposed pipes). Includes call-out, parts and labour charges up to £1500 a year.

Gold

Pays for breakdown repairs to your boiler and controls. PLUS includes an annual service*. Includes call-out, parts and labour charges up to £1500 a year.

Quality-approved repairs
All work is carried out by quality-approved, CORGI-registered engineers.

No bills to pay
In most cases we’ll take care of the bill directly so there’s no need to pay and reclaim your money or fill in a claim form for your central heating or boiler breakdown.

Scale damage included
Even if it is scale that has caused your boiler to break down, you can still claim a repair.

Change your mind at any time
you can cancel at any time for a refund of the remaining months’ fee. Your plan will come into force 30 days after your application is processed.

What’s not included?
The boiler breakdown plan will not pay for:

  • Accidental damage, theft, attempted theft, malicious damage or damage caused by fire or explosion;
  • Labour charges for work outside our repairer's normal working hours;
  • Costs arising from not being able to use your equipment;
  • Hidden pipe work, gas pipes to the boiler and flues from the boiler;
  • Large water cylinders holding more than 40 gallons (182 litres) or boilers with large heat outputs (exceeding 200,000 BTU/Hr 58.6KW input);
  • Claims arising from any problem with the supply of electricity, gas, oil or water;
  • Claims arising from sludge or blockages;
  • Claims arising from clearing airlocks, balancing and venting radiators or work caused by equipment which is not installed correctly;
