Introduction
The Boiler Protection Plan is designed to protect you against costly repair bills if you're ever faced with an unexpected fault or breakdown.
When you need a repair, you'll be able to contact our dedicated call centre 365 days a year. If a repair is approved, we'll pay the bill or make a contribution towards a replacement if it can't be fixed (up to the sum of £1,500 per year).
Why might I need boiler protection?
You only have to imagine having to endure a cold winter's night without central heating or warm water to realise how you can benefit from the Boiler Protection Plan. Rather than having to trawl the phone book for a qualified engineer, you can trust us to send over a qualified, Gas Safe registered engineer to repair your boiler with the minimum of fuss.
You even have the option to include an annual boiler service with your plan, which aims to ensure your boiler is running safely and efficiently all year round.

Protection against up to £1,500 a year in repair and replacement costs
With our Boiler Protection Plan, if your boiler or central heating breaks down you won't have to worry. Just call our dedicated customer care team, and any approved repairs will be carried out by our Gas Safe-registered engineers while we take care of the bill.
Monitored and approved boiler engineers
Our Boiler Protection Plan connects you to a nationwide network of quality-approved independent engineers, all monitored for quality of service and repair by a dedicated department. Around 50,000 customer questionnaires are sent out to customers every year, making sure we maintain the very highest standards for your boiler and central heating repair.
Renewable protection
There is no boiler age limit on renewals. All we ask is that your boiler is less than 15 years old (conventional) or 8 years old (combination) when you take out a plan.
Can include a full annual boiler service
Our Gold and Platinum Boiler Protection Plans include a full annual boiler service. Your service will ensure that your boiler is performing safely and efficiently.
Scale damage protection
Unlike many providers, we will protect you against scale damage to your boiler.
